Welcome to Week 1.

This week we will identify the current habits we are holding on to that are no longer serving us and not allowing us to succeed in the areas we wish to succeed in.

For the next seven days, write down what you do and for how long to every hour.  This will allow us to see areas we can improve on.  Please print out AM/PM for each day of the week and keep in a binder or a place you can refer back to.

Last week we identified new habits that will serve us in this new life we are creating.  Let's identify 3 habits that are no longer serving us and eliminate or reduce doing them this week.  This week is all about implementation.  Let's get to work.
